This valve body will fit from 1992 to 2006. Valve bodies are ready to install when they arrive!!! Get that new transmission feel back!!!! That troublesome 1870 code is removed along with that lazy converter lock-up. All valves are checked for free movement and no wear. Each solenoid is activated and the ohms are measured for integrity. Valve body comes with new valve body gaskets and instructions. (You will need a new pan gasket, filter and fluid not supplied with this valve body). 1992 to 1995 MODEL TRUCKS CAN USE A LATER MODEL VALVE BODY AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION'S THAT I SUPPLY WITH THE EARLY APPLICATION. 1995 MODEL VEHICLES HAVE THREE DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES. THE PREFERRED VALVE BODY FOR MOST APPLICATIONS IS THE 1997-UP MODEL. YOU MUST USE YOUR ORIGINAL SEPARATOR PLATE OR A CORRECT AFTERMARKET THAT FITS YOUR YEAR OF TRANSMISSION, ALONG WITH THE GASKETS THAT I INCLUDE WITH THE VALVE BODY. SOMETIMES YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REUSE YOUR ORIGINAL MANUAL VALVE IN THE REPLACEMENT VALVE BODY (ESPECIALLY IN THE 1995 MODEL) **PLEASE INCLUDE THE YEAR OF YOUR TRUCK IN THE COMMENT'S SECTION OR EMAIL THE INFORMATION**

After a year in the box on the shelf, I finally got the time to install the KP shift kit into my 98 K1500 Silverado. What a difference. Gears hold at highway speeds, smooth shifting, and no more 1870 code. Great build. Thanks Ken Partin.

Received my valve body two days ago. It was my last resort before a rebuild as my trans slipped bad, had really harsh 1-2 shift, and no lockup. This site explained all of my symptoms and said this valve body would fix this really common issue. 2hours or less and my truck runs and drives like new. You have no idea how much I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of this company!!!

I recieved my 4l60e valve body a few weeks ago. The part was very well packaged. It came with great information for installation including commonly made installation mistake corrections. The valve body did correct my hard engagment and 1-2 hard shifting as I expected, it also fixed my torque converter shutter when lock-up came on, witch I did not expect. Great product, I would recommend Ken Partin Transmission parts to anyone and will also use them again if needed.

Thank You so much for your rebuilt valve body! Saved me the cost of a new transmission. I did not even know such a thing could be fixed until I visited your site. Your tutorials and instructions were excellent.

Fixed the transmission woes in my Safari Van. I was able to swap this rebuilt valve body with the transmission still in the van. The provided instructions combined these videos: http://youtu.be/6Svl0fDl1qI http://youtu.be/6Svl0fDl1qI made installation easy even for an auto transmission newbie. The hardest part was keeping everything clean working under a dirty van.
I would suggest picking up some additional transmission assembly jelly if you are doing the install with the transmission in the vehicle. There is one check ball behind the spacer plate that wants to fall out when you are doing the job "upside down".

I had a problem with my transmission. Ken answered all of my questions before I could ask them. It was like he was in my car experiencing the situation with me.
Unbelievably brilliant. Ken answered the phone personally and sold me a valve body when he could've sold me a transmission. I had it installed yesterday and my transmission shifts flawlessly now.
